So for team GMAA the year of 2017 has come to an end. We have enjoyed meeting new friends on the mats, kilos lost, medals won, new belts presented and thousands of dollars raised for charity. The best thing I can honestly say is that we have changed some people’s lives in a positive manner.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of GMAA. It’s the members and family that support each other that make it’s so successful. We have some momentum going and it’s time to put the pedal to the medal. So take a break, heal some niggles and get ready smash out 2018. Congratulations to everyone on a fantastic year and have a merry Christmas and a safe happy new year.
