Base

WEEKS 1-6

Improve your fitness and strength as you learn the basic foundations and movements of MMA. We break down fundamental concepts of Striking / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Wrestling / Strength + Conditioning. Just keep showing up.

Build

WEEKS 7-13

Build confidence as your skills grow and you’re  introduced to light contact and technical drills. Transition to live practice sessions. Fitness and muscle memory improve day by day. Perseverance pays off.

Believe

WEEKS 14-20

Sharpen your mental game and back yourself. Solidify your MMA skills and build your fight IQ for different scenarios. Overcome barriers and finish strong. You’ll have the option to compete in an amateur MMA match. What are you fighting for?
